In 2024, we talked to many YWAM locations. We learned they needed an online application tool. This tool can help manage school students, new staff at bases, and support for people’s ministries.

We already host many YWAM WordPress sites on our cPanel server. So, it made sense to create a WordPress plugin for these tasks.

That is how the aiProfile project started.

Staff

One of the best ways to start using aiProfile is to register all your staff with your website.

Meet the Team

Register your staff as Existing Staff, and get a staff login to your website, and they are able to complete their page for your website.

Keep Current

Staff can keep their details current with your location, including things like passports and emergency contacts. You can also add new fields for items I may not have considered.

Safe, Secure, Backed up

Your information is important, and we take it seriously. Your website and this information is on out server, no one else has access. We back up several times a week, and store extra backups for several months in a separate location.



Schools

aiProfile allows prospective students to sign up and start the application process.

Registrations

Registering for a school is simple: provide your name, email address, and phone number, and your prospective student will receive a login to your website, ensuring a safe, secure, and limited access to the school they are applying to.

Applications

Once logged in, they have access to all the questions you ask on your application form. Adjust the set of questions as needed. Work with us to make this process easy for you and them.

References

A student can nominate people to be their references. This person also gets a secure login to fill out their reference, or download a PDF and fill out and send.



Manage your work and ministries in one place. Rest assured that your information is secure.

Divi, WordPress and aiProfile

aiNet manages four server in the cloud. spread across Google, AWS and Hostinger.

Redundancy is key.

We have a site-wide license for Divi, which we find to be superior to Elementor.
Elementor hosts $55 a year per website.
Divi is a lifetime license that we already own.
